Cars: The Video Game
Medford appears in the five Piston Cup Races, usually staying around the middle of the race on lap 1, but about halfway into the lap, he will slam his brakes and start being lapped over and over, he remains in a pack with Masterson and Henderson, who perform poor to moderate, they permanently excel over even slower cars like Bashman and McCoy, but will never break ahead of cars in the pack ahead of them such as Zeb and Lee Jr. He isn't playable.
Livery
Medford is blue with gray bubbles and various yellow areas with the number 58 (sometimes 63) and sponsors for Transberry Juice.

Trivia
- He is a clone of Joltsen.
- In the movie and diecast, Medford was colored purple, but was recolored blue in the games. He also loses his unique upside-down headlight stickers (which did not always appear), preventing any car in the games from having unique headlight stickers, like how there are unqiue grilles, number fonts, eye colors, etc. His recolor was presumably to avoid confusion between him and Clarkson, who was also purple with a yellow spoiler and bumper.
- Due to that Buck falls behind his pack on lap 1 and is passed by Medford, some people mistakenly say Medford outspeeds Buck, but this is never true, as the moment Medford falls out of the player's sight, he will slam his brakes, but Buck will continue for about another half lap before braking. Afterwards, if Medford stays as high as 11th place, he will approach Buck and his pack, but will try to avoid passing them, and if the player laps him, he and his pack will shortly brake out again, and the process continues.
